CO3 aims at assessing the benefits and risks of disruptive technologies, namely: blockchain, augmented reality, geolocated social network, liquid democracy tools and gamification, in the co-creation, co-production and co-management of public services with citizens as PAs partners

Assessing the benefits and risks of disruptive technologies, namely: blockchain, augmented reality, geolocated social network, liquid democracy tools and gamification, in the co-creation, co-production and co-management of public services with citizens as PAs partners

Piloting

Dedicated pilots will be set up in three European cities: Torino, Athens and the Plain Commune Municipalities in Paris.
The pilots will be designed to enable co-design and robust validation in technological regard, e.g. when it comes to the utility, usability, inclusiveness and reliability of individual features

Asses Social Impact

Evaluate the social impact of disruptive technologies, identify emerging best practices, understand how to overcome legal barriers, individuate metrics for a long term sustainability plan and define appropriate applications.

Project Consortium

In conjunction with 15 partners who each bring in their own expertise and technologies, the project seeks to pilot innovation in a real operational environment, aligning with DMLL’s ethos in disruptive media and the impact on changing mind-sets and creating new models and practices of teaching and learning.
